I know the title is a little bit strange, but it has it's story. :) This I was going to work with my bike. Typical Friday morning if you asking me. I cycle every morning around 30 minutes and usually with music in my ears. There's a lot of music in my iPod and I choose the actual playlist according to mood and the weather. I know, London and it's beauty! ;) So this morning it was a bit grey, rainy, saw a black car and I thought "lt's go to SPM mode"! :) So I press play on my Knight Rider album and off to go. While I was listening this iconic music and all the additional ones from the series I had this feeling as how good was everything back in the 80's and 90's! Series like Knight Rider, SeaQuest, The Next Generation, Columbo... series what I've enjoyed watching every time. So this is also a little announcement as well as I decided this morning to do a little review about my favorite TV series apart from Star Trek off course. ...and yes, there will be some YouTube video as well coming in the subject. :)
But what about Knight Rider?
Kitt was more then a car for me. He was a friend. A true and loyal friend who we all knew i was a car, but he had a personality. In StarTrek I had the similar feeling towards the ships, but the one thing what this car is different as he has this sense of humor, he is like a real human... ok, I know he is a car, but still. :) He was... IS one of my favorite TV car and I'm proud to own one in my collection along with some other. If you interested about my other pieces feel free to check out my initial introduction for my collection on YouTube. ;) I will do an update on this soon as I have other pieces since and I'm sure You going to like it. :)
Final thoughts... ;)
So summarizing this "thought-cloud" of this morning I'm really blesses I was born in the era when all the cool stuff came out on TV including this brilliant series. The golden age of Television if you ask me, as since then TV shows are easily forgettable. Some of them are good and iconic like Game of Thrones what everyone's watching apart from me or Walking Dead... also not in my list, but everyone has it's own fandom right? :) Mine is focused around this era and maybe with time it will change/expand as I do like some of the newer series like The Big Bang Theory. I always say even these days if we have some good TV shows from back then what we can still enjoy and talk about that's still a really good thing.
Live long and prosper. _\\//
